Chef Ken at Falls Church’s unique Open Kitchen—a restaurant, a catering kitchen, and a classroom, all in one—is offering a hands-on bread-baking class on Sunday, March 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here is a great opportunity to work with a skilled chef and to learn some tricks of the baking trade. ·         Cream Scone or Biscuit
·         Herb Focaccia
·         Whole Grain Country Load
·         Irish Soda Bread
·         Oven Roasted Garlic Spread
·         White Bean with Sundried Tomato and Rosemary Spread
·         Fruit Spread

Cost: $45 for Slow Food members; $50 for nonmembers
